Website Legal Information
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Effective date: October 3, 2026
Welcome to The EduCore Collective. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.educorecollective.com and any related webpages, forms, resources, downloads, scheduling links, communications, and online services operated by The EduCore Collective. In these Terms, “EduCore,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The EduCore Collective, and “you” refers to any visitor, purchaser, client, parent, guardian, student, educator, school representative, business representative, or other user of the website.
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the website, downloading materials, scheduling a consultation, purchasing a product or service, or submitting information through the website, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms presented at booking, checkout, enrollment, or in a separate service agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase services through it.
If you use the website on behalf of a school, business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity.
Eligibility and Use by Minors
The website is intended primarily for adults, parents, guardians, educators, school personnel, organizational leaders, and young adults who are legally able to enter into agreements. A minor under 18 may participate in EduCore services only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian and subject to any required consent documents.
Children under 13 may not submit personal information, create an account, schedule services, make a payment, or communicate through website forms on their own. A parent or legal guardian must complete those actions on the child's behalf. If EduCore learns that personal information was submitted directly by a child under 13 without appropriate parental authorization, EduCore may delete it and take reasonable steps required by applicable law.
EduCore Services
EduCore provides educational consulting, executive-function coaching, academic coaching and tutoring, parent guidance, college and career readiness support, professional learning, curriculum and leadership support, business strategy, systems development, project and program support, and related digital resources. Specific services, deliverables, schedules, fees, and responsibilities may be described on a service page, booking page, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or separate service agreement.
If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the services covered by that agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
EduCore provides strategy, instruction, coaching, resources, and support, but outcomes depend on many factors outside EduCore's control, including participation, effort, implementation, attendance, school or employer decisions, third-party requirements, changing policies, and individual circumstances. EduCore does not guarantee grades, test scores, admission, scholarships, financial aid, employment, promotion, certification, business revenue, funding, compliance approval, or any other specific result.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information, participate honestly, meet agreed deadlines, use materials appropriately, and obtain any permissions needed to share records or information with EduCore. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors, making educational and healthcare decisions, and communicating relevant needs, accommodations, risks, or restrictions.
You are responsible for determining whether EduCore's services are appropriate for your needs and for seeking qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice when needed.
Academic Integrity
EduCore supports learning, planning, revision, study skills, and responsible use of technology. EduCore does not complete graded work on behalf of a student, impersonate a student, facilitate cheating, provide unauthorized test assistance, or knowingly help a user violate a school's academic-integrity or acceptable-use policies. Users remain responsible for understanding and following the rules of their school, program, employer, or institution.
Scheduling Payments Cancellations and Refunds
Prices, deposits, installment terms, payment deadlines, cancellation rules, rescheduling rules, no-show charges, expiration dates, and refund eligibility will be disclosed on the applicable service page, checkout page, invoice, booking confirmation, proposal, or service agreement. By purchasing or scheduling, you agree to the terms shown for that offering.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, payment is due according to the invoice or checkout terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services. EduCore may correct pricing or description errors before accepting an order and may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, with any payment handled as required by applicable law and the stated purchase terms.
Digital Products and Resource Licenses
Unless a product page or written license states otherwise, purchase or download of an EduCore digital product grants the purchaser a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for the purchaser's personal use or the single-client or internal organizational use expressly identified at purchase. Ownership is not transferred.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, post publicly, share outside the authorized household or organization, remove ownership notices, create competing or derivative commercial products, or use EduCore materials to train, fine-tune, test, or populate an artificial-intelligence system or dataset without EduCore's prior written permission.
Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, icons, logos, designs, layouts, service descriptions, frameworks, worksheets, assessments, guides, presentations, downloads, program names, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to EduCore and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
The EduCore Collective name, logo, service names, program names, slogans, visual identity, and associated marks may not be copied, imitated, registered, or used in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement without prior written permission.
Permitted Website Use
EduCore grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the website for lawful personal, educational, or internal business purposes consistent with these Terms. You may print or save a reasonable number of pages for your own reference, provided that you keep all copyright and ownership notices intact.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, files, or data.
- Introduce malware, interfere with website operation, or circumvent access, download, or security controls.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, mirror, or systematically collect website content or user information without written permission.
- Use website content to build a competing service, commercial database, automated content product, or artificial-intelligence training dataset.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, qualifications, affiliation, or purpose.
- Upload or transmit content that violates privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, school policy, or another person's rights.
Information and Materials You Submit
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant EduCore a limited right to receive, store, review, reproduce, and use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide contracted services, maintain business records, comply with law, protect rights and safety, and carry out the practices described in the Privacy Policy or applicable agreement.
EduCore will not publicly use a student's name, image, voice, school information, testimonial, work sample, or identifying story for marketing or portfolio purposes without separate appropriate permission. A parent or guardian must provide any required authorization for a minor.
Privacy and Student Information
Use of personal information is governed by EduCore's Privacy Policy and any applicable service or data agreement. Do not submit sensitive student, medical, financial, or confidential organizational information unless EduCore has requested it through an appropriate method and you are authorized to provide it.
When EduCore works with a school or educational agency, the parties may need a separate agreement addressing student records, authorized access, legitimate educational interests, security, retention, deletion, and other obligations under applicable student-privacy laws.
Third Party Services and Links
The website may link to or integrate with third-party services such as scheduling, video conferencing, payment processing, email, cloud storage, forms, social media, learning platforms, or external resources. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. EduCore does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, accuracy, content, policies, fees, or acts, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
Electronic Communications
When you submit a form, schedule a service, purchase a product, or communicate with EduCore electronically, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your request or service. Marketing communications will be handled separately, and you may unsubscribe as described in the message. Standard carrier or internet charges may apply.
Website Availability and Changes
EduCore may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or an offering at any time, subject to existing contractual obligations and applicable law. EduCore does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and general website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EduCore makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that general information will remain complete, current, or suitable for every situation. Nothing in this section limits any express written warranty or obligation that EduCore specifically accepts in a signed agreement, or any right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduCore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of data, opportunity, revenue, profits, goodwill, or anticipated savings; or decisions made in reliance on general website content or third-party services. Where liability may lawfully be limited, EduCore's total liability arising from the website or a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid to EduCore for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold EduCore and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, or your infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not require indemnification for EduCore's own unlawful conduct where such indemnification is prohibited.
Suspension and Termination
EduCore may suspend or terminate website access, services, or transactions when a user violates these Terms, threatens safety or security, misuses materials, fails to pay, engages in abusive conduct, or creates legal or operational risk. Contractual payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, dispute, and other provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable discussion. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise or applicable law requires another forum, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in or serving Cobb County, Georgia, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Severability Waiver and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable purchase terms or signed agreement, constitute the agreement governing the subject matter addressed here.
Changes to These Terms
EduCore may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law or a separate agreement provides otherwise. Continued use of the website after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
